We accept payment by cheque, bank draft, postal orders, bank transfer, direct bank deposit - e-mail to confirm your interest quoting the unit description, "TFY" order reference number and method of payment and we will respond with details for you to make your payment and confirm that your item is in stock Clearance times for funds are : Instant for PayPal, cash & postal orders 3 - 4 working days for bank transfers 4 - 5 working days for cheque clearance Shipping Terms Prices include postage, packing and handling for each item Prices are for UK mainland delivery only - we do NOT deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish, Channel or other islands as prices are exhorbitant and we cannot provide any after sales service to these destinations due to location and cost Goods will only be shipped to the address given for delivery - goods will not be left with neighbours, in garage etc. If there is no one available to accept the goods then the courier will leave a card for the delivery to be re-arranged Customers are advised to endorse their signature on the delivery note "Goods Uninspected" or make the courier wait whilst the goods are inspected. Where there is some damage apparrent to the packaging you must sign that the consignment was damaged. If the packaging is so badly damaged that you feel that the goods may have been damaged or that some parts may have been lost then refuse to accept the delivery. Where damage has occured then please advise us within 24 hours of delivery - we must emphasize the importance of complying with these points as any subsequent claim for damage in transit will be rejected by the courier and Tools4You if they are not complied with. Returns We have taken great care to ensure that our products are described accurately and in detail so that the customer is fully aware of what is being purchased. We offer a seven day full cash refund for defective or damaged goods. In the unlikely event of any goods being returned the purchaser is responsible for arranging and paying for return carraige - in cases of returns due to damage in transit the cost of return carraige will be included in the claim on the courier as long as the delivery note was endorsed "Goods uninspected" and the purchaser will be refunded when the claim is settled - this unfortunately can take over three months If a customer returns goods for reasons other than damage then as is the case with all mail order transactions the refund will be for the cost of the goods only and will not include carraige charges Warranty All our products are brand new and covered by us on a 12 month "return to base" warranty. In the first instance customers should contact Tools4You quoting there TFY reference and we will advise the return address etc - "return to base" means that customers are responsible for meeting the costs of returning the goods under any warranty claim Privacy Information provided by customers is used only for processing of the order - we do not pass on any details to any third parties - we may from time to time send customers an e-mail advising of new products |
